What we collect

When you contact us, register, or book, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and information about the player you are registering (such as age and program interest). Our website also collects standard technical data such as IP address and browser type.

Booking and payments

Sessions, memberships, and camps are booked and paid through Mindbody, our scheduling and payment provider. Payment card details are handled by Mindbody and its payment processors, not stored by us. Mindbody’s privacy policy applies to data processed in its system.

Marketing messages

If you provide your phone number or email through our forms or sign-up tools, we may send you information about programs, schedules, and offers by text message or email through our marketing platform (Referrizer). You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and of emails via the unsubscribe link in any message.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, and the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. These tools use cookies and similar technologies. If you respond to one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram using a lead form, Meta provides us the information you submit on that form.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information.

Children

Registrations are made by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
